The MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship grid will make its return to Italy for the Pirelli Emilia-Romagna Round in just a few days’ time. The weekend’s action will unfold at the Misano World Circuit “Marco Simoncelli”, situated beside the Adriatic Sea to Italy’s East, the venue has played host to WorldSBK action since the Championship’s first round here back in 1991. The round is of particular importance for Ducati fans as not only are they in their home country, but just 130 km away from Ducati’s Bologna facilities.

It’ll be WorldSSP action first on the menu; 9:40 (Local Time UTC +2) for their Free Practice session, followed at 10:35 for WorldSBK’s Free Practice 1 and WorldSSP300’s Free Practice at 11:35. After lunch, WorldSSP riders will partake in the first Tissot Superpole session of the weekend at 13:55, preceding WorldSBK’s Free Practice 2, and for the day’s last event, WorldSSP300’s Superpole session at 16:00. Saturday will start at 9:00 with WorldSBK’s FP3, followed by a pair of Warm-Up sessions beginning with WorldSSP at 9:30, followed by WorldSSP300 at 9:50. WorldSBK will return to the track for their Tissot Superpole at 11, then after lunch; it is full gas for Race action, WorldSSP at 12:35, WorldSBK at 14:00, and WorldSSP300 at15:15 to close Saturday. Sunday’s final day of action at Misano begins with a trio of Warm-Ups at 9 with WorldSBK, 9:20 for WorldSSP and 9:40 for WorldSSP300. At 11, WorldSBK holds their Tissot Superpole Race. The weekend will conclude with a tripleheader of Race 2 action featuring WorldSSP at 12:35, WorldSBK at 14:00, and WorldSSP300 at 15:15.
